## What it does

- Invoices and estimates (quotes). An estimate prints as ESTIMATE with a valid-until date, and Make invoice turns it into an invoice with your next number.
- Your logo, your business and tax ID, the client, line items with quantities up to 4 decimals, one tax rate or a rate per line, a percent or amount discount, 32 currencies.
- A clean PDF made in your browser, Letter or A4 by your region, with no watermark. Long invoices run onto more pages.
- Share by link: your client opens the invoice on any device, downloads the PDF, and taps Pay now when you put a payment link (Stripe, PayPal, your bank) in the payment instructions.
- Email client, Send reminder (once overdue) and Email receipt (once paid) open your own email app with the amount, the date and the link. Invoice never sends email itself.
- Mark paid or unpaid; your client's page updates at once. Overdue invoices show as overdue.
- Duplicate a sent invoice to bill the same work again, with the next number and the same payment terms.
- Your business details, clients, items and next numbers are saved on your device and fill in as you type.
- Your invoices: every invoice you shared from this device, with its status, what is unpaid and overdue, and a CSV export for your accountant.

## How to use it

1. Open https://invoice-free.openapps.xyz/ and fill in your business, your client and the work.
2. Press Download PDF, or Share link to get a link for your client and a private link for you.
3. Email the link from the invoice page. Mark it paid when the money arrives, or send a reminder when it is late.

## What it does not do

Invoice does not collect card payments, send email or reminders on a schedule, keep accounts, track expenses or time, or sync between devices. Your private link opens an invoice on any device. Saved clients and the Your invoices list live in one browser; clearing its data removes them, so keep the private links of invoices you shared.

Open a shared invoice and choose Duplicate. The copy gets your next number, today's date and the same payment terms. Invoice does not send invoices on a schedule.

**Can my client pay through Invoice?**
Invoice does not collect payments. Write how to pay in the payment instructions. If you add a payment link from Stripe, PayPal or your bank, the shared invoice shows a Pay now button. Then you mark the invoice paid.

**Who can see a shared invoice?**
Only people with its link. Links are long and random, so they cannot be guessed. Only someone with the private link can edit the invoice or mark it paid. Invoices you only download are never sent anywhere.

**Can my AI assistant make invoices?**
Yes. Invoice has a public HTTP API with no key. An assistant can create an invoice or estimate in one call and get back a link where your client can view it and download the PDF.
